Fiesta 1.0 ST-line oil leak

Hi all

I went to put some water in the windscreen washer and saw a small polo water , I dont know if the garage spilt some doing the last service or it has a leak but im not sure im not good with engines , I have attached a photo anybody have an idea please.

I’m sure I’ve seen similar photos posted before, this is a known “common” oil leak ( not that common but a few people seem to have experienced the same issue ) 

i have it on mine after i had a service the bolts were a bit loose hasn't come back yet, when i done a search on here it does seem to be a common problem and a replacement can be bought so not to bad, a few people have said when they have had a service, mainly overfilled it happens
