Hello all this is my first post,

For a little while I have had a strong fuel smell when starting the car, now ttherebiss a fuel like smell in the car. Yesterday when the car was goimg a noise loke hrrrrrrr started it was feint a bit like a bee it only does itwhen itis going along.

 

Any ideas please

    Fuel soon evaporates so hard to spot where the leak is on a stationary engine, start the engine and get looking starting from the back look for any wet areas along the fuel lines especially the fuel filter and look around the injection system on the engine, if you can't see anything, then you need to check the fuel tank.

    Never ignore a fuel smell! If it gets worse don't use or start the car, even disconnecting the battery.
