I've mentioned this before but I'll recap here 😀

We've just changed cars from a Qashqai (automatic handbrake) to an EcoSport (manual handbrake) both have push button stop/start. Whether it's because of the stop/start button or whatever but I'm forever parking up outside the house and leaving the handbrake off! Luckily our driveway is quite flat otherwise our sons new Fiesta ST would be making a rather expensive buffer! 😲

Is there a way through software ie ELM etc to activate a warning chime, similar to when you leave the lights on....... which I also do 🙄 when you open the door without the handbrake being applied? 

I really don't know why I keep doing it as my Focus and all the trucks etc I drive at work have manual handbrakes 🤷
