I have a Ford Focus 2010 titanium rear windscreen seems to not clear when button has been pressed light comes on but doesn't do anything checked the fuse and that's all fine also any ideas ? Thanks in advance

    Have you checked the connection on middle edge of each side of the window of course you have Sounds you have a element fault as you probably already know this Heated Rear Window will have to be replaced can you see close up any breaks in the printed elements you could always Voltage test hopefully this might help
