Emergency assist button glowing bright red

Hi, I have a 2018 Ford Focus Titanium X and have recently noticed the emergency assist button continuously glows bright red even when the vehicle is locked. Is there anything that can be done to solve the issue?

    I have the same car (2019) and the button is only slightly red and goes out about 2 minutes after locking the car.

    I would think you may have a fault that requires a trip to your Ford dealer.

    I read that removing the fuse and replacing it again can solve the issue. I tried this today and this seems to have rectified the issue. Thanks 👍

    Must just have been a bit of a glitch with the system, or maybe you upset your car and it was needing some help 🤣
