    Thank you guys for your quick responses.  My ford does not have any badge in the back to show its model (ghia, zetec, ...). How to find out this ? And if its mk5 or mk6?

    I can't get a model for it. It might be shown on any paperwork that you have with it.

    It's a Mk 5 (build years 2002 to 2008).

    In the UK, I would think you are correct and it's what we call a Mk6, BUT...... the OP is not in the UK and therefore they may know it as a Mk5 🤔
