Fiesta headlight

Featured Replies

Hi , just fitted a new headlight to my wife’s fiesta mk7 eco boost but when indicating the headlight comes on as well , the same happens on the opposite side when indicating that way . Anybody have any ideas

Could be something simple like a poor earth, but its possible it's the switch\stalk to blame.

Why did you replace a headlight, perhaps that was the underlying issue?

Either an earth or an incorrectly replaced bulb. I'll bet on the latter.

Just to be clear, was it a housing or a bulb?

Fitted new one because she pranged the car , even the old one though smashed still worked ok , new light came without bulbs so put old ones in . Could be bulb issues then

A loose connection by the look of it.
