Driver's side seat retractable armrest collapsed flops around up and down and doesn't stay in position 2008 Ford Fusion Plus

Featured Replies

Hi,

My Driver's side retractable armrest just flops around up and down, it doesn't stay in position.

Does anyone know what I can do in order to repair it please?  If you can send over some step by step instructions or a link to some literature, I would be much obliged.

Thanks!

I don't know about the Fusion, but on the Galaxy you have to lift the arm rest fully up, (make an adjustment with the knob if required) and then lower in back down. I've no idea if that works for your model but give it a try.

I cannot see any knob to adjust, let me take a look and I will report back again soon...  Thanks for your response.
