Hi,

Please help. So the other day my phone just disconnected from the car and wouldn't reconnect so I turned Bluetooth off on my phone and car and turned it back on, still didn't connect. Forgot the devices and on both phone and car and tried to reconnect. When I click on sync on my phone's Bluetooth it goes to pair and then just stops pairing and starts to find Bluetooth devices again. 

Did a master reset to try and fix it as I'd tried everything else that I could think off. Still had the exact same issue where it shows up on phone then when I select my car it goes to pair and then just stops. 

Thought it might have been my phone so tried it with my new phone that I got a couple of days after and still the same issue.

I have also tried on my car to see if I can search for Bluetooth devices but it doesn't appear , it just comes up straight away with no devices connected and asks me to add one and when I do it just tells me to search for the car on my phone.

Iv connected to other Bluetooth devices via my phone so I know that my phone so my the problem

Does anyone know anything else that I can try.

My car is a 15 ford fiesta.

    Did you do this by unplugging the module for half an hour? If not try it.

    No did it through the sync settings on screen , will try the above thanks.
