Hi. I’m having a problem with my Mondeo Tittanium estate 2.0 cdi 2012

i noticed a strong noise coming from alternator area. Then I found the alternator polie coming out . ( please check photo) 

I need the car ASAP as I need it for work. NHS community. 
 

I don’t know if I need to replace the full alternator or only the polie.

Any comments will be very welcome.
