Engine malfunction

I have a 06 ford galaxy 1.8 tdci engine malfunction comes on about 3000 revs but goes off if below 3000 revs

I have changed the turbo maf sensor ait sensor fuel filter air filter but still can't work out what is wrong also put o  a code reader but no codes and no engine management light
