Intermittent fault with gears

I have a 2016 Ford Fiesta Ecoboost manual car, i have a fault which is confusing my mechanic and I have already had a new clutch fitted.   After a long journey when engine is hot i have difficulty getting into gear, it is ok on short trips.  3 garages have looked including Ford but because gears are apparently tucked away in  a slave cylinder it is difficult to jusst take a look without stripping it down.  My present garage who fitted the clutch have looked today and the gears are not showing sign of wear and yet they had problem getting into gear when car is hot.  Has anyone else experienced this fault, I wonder if it is a manufacture fault

    I think you would be better saying what your own problems are. You have a different car with a different engine and a 10 year age difference.

    There have been others on the forum with problems of gear selection when hot.
