Passenger side rear lights not working

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I bought my car from a reputable garage and when I got it home my partner noticed that the passenger side rear lights weren't on. I checked them and it turns out all lights are out, these include the brake light, the indicator and the tail light. They are only out on the passenger side, all other lights are working fine. I've checked the fuses and they all seem to be in working order (a part from missing a few for the heated windows).

Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this? my next thought about it is the panel the bulbs are in has broke, but I dont know how to check this.

Any information would be greatly appreciated

I'd take it back to the garage and insist they sort it out.

Yes, as Bob suggests the garage you bought it from should be your first port of call with a recent purchase.

It would seem to me that it is missing the main negative lead to the light cluster. As has been already said above, take it back to the garage !!
