Hello 

l’ve just has major engine work done on my car. 2016 (66) 2.0 Diesel Galaxy Zetec Auto 150. The timing belt tensioner sheared off. 
now I’ve got it back, the gearbox is playing up. Luckily all that was damaged was the rockers. 
The revs fluctuate, it feels like there is a loss of drive for a split second at times too. Then the warning comes up on the dash. 
“transmission limited function” for a few seconds then it goes off again. 
I’m going to plug it in today to see what codes it throws up. 
I was just curious if anyone had had a similar issue, and what the problem was.
