both front & rear fiesta car seats are wet

hi all

I have a 2011 fiesta. and all of my car seats (minus the middle seat) are getting very wet when it rains heavy, mostly towards the back of the seat. 

I have tried putting the water hose all over it to see if it's leaking anywhere, and not one bit of water gets in, inside the roof is also completely dry.

I also don't have the old type of roof rails/bars, so there's no holes for it to get through there.

Any help/ideas would be much appreciated!
