I’m trying to take the license plate off of my fiesta 2012 to fit a lower grill but the screws won’t budge at all they are pretty rusted is it a special type of screwdriver that I need

    Try using a battery powered impact driver with the correct size screwdriver bit. It will either get the screw out or shear the screw head off.
