2nd is 4th neutral pushed to the left is 1st no reverse  no neutral  left right cable adjustment not helping much  

Just makes the stickshifting better or worse  any ideas ?

Mate, you need to start with a quick preamble. Like what you've done, what your problem is, etc. Not just jump in with a brain *****. No offence but it does help to get others to understand what you're after.

If it helps ....but I don't think it will .....

I now have a squeaky shifter when going from 2nd gear to 1st.

It used to be 4th to 3rd but it disappeared after the recall ( it was on the list of niggles).

Looks like it might be going back 🙄

Cable adjustment   ..... Ib5 gearbox fiesta metal edition ..... 

Downshifted hard ...stayed in 5th gear 

Shifter stick shifted to neutral position & jammed . 

Recovery needed managed to get some gears  .i have changed the shifter stick unit .

The side shift has no effects on 3rd or 4th the   

Push the stick to the left the neutral shaft tilts down for 1st & 2nd  it tilts up for reverse & 5th .

I am at where I started with this topic .

I sorted it I thanks for commenting your was pontless as can see you 3 know nothing  just drive them . Haha .

Anyways ib5 if you have this problem for cable adjustment 

unclip the yellow adjuster on cable push shifter to 3rd gear with neutral shaft still in neutral push in the locking yellow clip
