Hi, i have a MK3 2013 1.0 EcoBoost, and this morning the engine light has come on, but car seems ok.

I checked the DTC codes from the hidden menu and wonder if anyone knows what these codes relate to

    Hello Paulo,

    they are not real DTC's and don't truly reflect what the real issue is.

    You need a laptop with the software FORScan and a modified ELM327 lead. Then you will get the true DTC's and be able to diagnose the problem.

    Ok so from using the ELM327 and Forscan I managed to obtain these codes.

    I've cleared them down hoping it wont pop back up, but any ideas?

    I went to my local garage and he says to replace both oxygen sensors and the catalyst.

    Is this correct from just the code shown P0420?

    Any thoughts on Cat cleaner from Halfords?

    May be worth a try for a cheap fix but wouldn't get your hopes up.
