Galaxy interior heater vent problems

The heater blower in my 2008 galaxy is working and responds to speed setting changes, but there is hardly any output from the interior heater vents. I have replaced the pollen filter and there is no improvement, and I suspect that perhaps the vent supply pipework is disconnected or damaged. How do I access these to check them? Any advice gratefully accepted.
