Lowering springs

Hello I have bought some direnza lowering springs which are 35mm all round and I have gone to put them on but the rubber bushes that hold the springs in place on the rear are all ruined and damaged so the new springs don’t fit that well on them. I have a fiesta zetec s mk7.5 and was wondering if there are any ways in which I can fix this to help get the springs on the car. Thanks
