Traction Control Light intermittently coming on

Featured Replies

Hello, i'm after some advice. Just wondering if anyone has had any issues with their traction control light coming on intermittently even in short journeys. It will come on for a few seconds and then turn off again. Sometimes when it comes on it will stay on and when stopping the car my hill assist notifies me that it has deactivated. Once I turn the car off and on again there isn't any warning.

Most likely it's the abs sensors, though without plugging in a diagnostic I can't say for sure

The thing is when driving I notice it does it on the same parts of the road. If it was the sensors surely it would be random?

Do you feel change in power eg when light comes on does the power falter like it is trying to prevent wheel spin

I don’t notice any change in power
