Hi every time I open bonnet 

I hear a click

Thought it was front passenger bonnet 

hinge

i have found it’s the passenger washer hose  being worn away 

by a sharp edge on car body Cutting through the hose

2018 titanium 

I'd wrap a piece of electrical tape round it to protect it.

Hi it’s going into ford soon

just wondered if anyone had 

heard of this

i put insulation tape around affecting 

area 

and it’s cutting through that

Usually if it's where I think it is there should be a piece of clear hose over that to stop washer hose abrasion on it

Hi it’s clipped onto bonnet hinge

and then goes down a hole in car

body

no sign of clear hose

i pulled a rubber back and the hose

has wires in it

Yeah sounds like your missing the anti abrasion hose covering a sharp part on the hinge
