I use the WiFi version but some folk prefer the usb hard wired .

I have the WiFi one and the usb cable one from them. I have used the usb cable one for key programming on 2008 focus using forscan and it worked fine.

Balls, won't ship to Ireland

Due to new updates in Forscan a lot of the adapters are being rejected, it's down to FEPS 18V programming. This adapter is recommended on the forscan website, one of my pals has just bought it and will be trying it tomorrow.

I note that it only says that it works with a USB 2 connection, it would be useful to know if it works with USB 3 as well.

The reason I ask is that although my current Laptop has USB 2 and USB 3, a newer Laptop that I was looking at only has USB 3. I'm sure the early OBDLINK EX's did not work with USB 3 but the newer ones do.
