Focus mk3 estate - Replacing rear driverside window.

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

Long time reader of the forum but first time poster. Ive got a mk3 titanium x estate.

Last night I lost my keys and stupidly had the spare set in the car.... So had to smash the rear drivers side window to get in and get it.

Ive contacted auto glass who state they have no stock (+unknown wait time) and I need to get the car back on road ASAP so considering doing it myself.

2 questions: is the glass the same for estate as hatchback and has any got/seen a guide to installion?

Thanks very much for any help.

Neil

Glass is different hatch and estate.

If AGlass have no stock, can Ford get hold of a window?

Or far cheaper, try ebay for a used one.

I expect you could find a garage who would fit it for you if AGlass are reluctant to fit glass they haven't supplied.
