The list of bonded bluetooth devices is full, please delete one of the devices using the radio menu

We recently picked up a red 2012 Ford Focus Titanium from the dealership with 120k kilometers. It's in good condition, but we noticed a problem with the bluetooth. When we tried to connect a device, it will state that the list of bonded devices is full, and that I have to debond a device. I press the "debond" button to get the Debond menu. It will load for a second, then it will say "No BT devices". I also can't find a debond menu in the radio. Any solutions?

Is there a master reset in the menu anywhere? If so this will wipe everything and start again

The only options in the menu are Audio Settings and clock settings, can't find any master reset.
