Hi there,

I have a 2010 Ford Fiesta, and I want to be able to have miles remaining displayed rather than miles on the car and for the trip. Anyone know how this is done?

    Miles remaining until when?  When it needs a new engine?   Do you mean until fuel empty?   I wouldn’t rely on that.   It’s very rough estimate.

    i've got a 2007 fiesta with the "miles remaining" on the dash and like isetta says its VERY rough. i can go out and start the car and it say 300 drive 10 or 15 miles and its still on 295+ other times i can go out start it and have it showing 300 drive 2 miles and its down to 270. can also park up with 1 number and then when restarting it have a higher or lower number on the dash. if you want an idea of whats left in your tank then the fuel gauge is your best answer. if your want to work out what the car will do fill it to just over 1/4 of a tank drive it until it shows 1/4 of a tank and then reset the trip. drive until the light comes on and make note of the trip. then you will have a rough idea what you "should" get from around 1/4 of a tank.
