Has the mechanic put too much oil in?

I Just had the car serviced and checked the oil after the engines been off for about 2 hours. Seems to be past that second max line? Shall I go back to tell him to take some out or does it look fine? 1.4 petrol 2011 fiesta

    Don't worry...........it's fine like that. It's just a few mm above the notch as far as I can see.

    I agree its not too far past that max line so shouldn,t present a problem...If it was way overfilled then you will get problems.
