My sync will not turn on Ford focus 2018 ecoboost, tried soft reset nothing working, can someone point me in the right direction or please help me thanks. Ps fuse is ok 7.5 f67

    Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery and leave it off for 20 minutes.

    Did it fail to come on after it had just been updated ?

    Na mate still dead but its parked up in the yard Monday to Friday so don't get chance to mess with it through the week.
