alternator load engine shake

Hi, ive got a 2017 ford galaxy 2.0tdci and have noticed the engine rpm dips ever ever  so slighly at idle. I was driving home last night and my abs, traction control and hill start assist lights came on and then went away after 30 seconds, I did a voltage test on my battery and it was reading 12.3v. alternator test was showing 14.6 volts at idle but when i turn on my accessories the alternator voltage is erratic and makes the engine shake, could it be that i need a new alternator as its not supplying the voltage required for the accessories?

thanks
