Is my car a Fiesta Zetec Turbo or a Fiesta 1.0 Ecoboost?

My V5 says its a Zetec Turbo, Ford recognise it as a 1 litre Ecoboost? are they the same thing? Its a 2018 model.

    Yes it's the same thing.  EcoBoost is simply the engine branding for Fords current turbo petrol range.  Zetec is the trim level.
