Just purchased a 2017 fiesta titanium for my daughters 1st car and on drive back

1 - realised that the display the top left quadrant does not light up?

2 - No SD card  for Satnav, can you if required purchase these?

3. can't navigate beyond this SYNC settings page and have checked fuse 24 in passenger fuse box

 

Any help would be great appreciated as its a surprise present for.

    A1: That's not a common fault, looks like failure of the backlight. The unit would have to be taken apart to repair.

    A2: Yes there are lots of replacement SD Map cards available on eBay. Some are old (out of date), some are copies (not the real Ford card), some a just a plainly stupid price. You need one for the Non-Touch screen, something like the one in this link:

    A3: Not sure I understand your problem. Are you using the selector correctly ? Have you read the handbook on how to use that unit ? You can download the handbook direct from Ford if you don't have one:
