2013 focus Passenger wiper stopped working

Hi need help, As tried fuse F18 ok, have tried changing both motors but still not working passenger side, any idea's what to do next??

    Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for about 10 mins then reconnect it and try again.

    Are you getting power to the left hand wiper motor?

    The battery disconnect idea is good. When you reconnect ensure wipers are off. I'm sure if you pull the wipers up manually, out of park, they re-park themselves anyway

    Are you positive you have fitted the wiper arms back on whilst the motor arms were in the correct park position?

    Hi, thanks so far. Brief what happened. Went on 200 mile run using wipers most of the time everything fine, two days later used window wash and only the driver side wipe moved. I bought salvage both motors and tried both still no driver side motor working. have now tried battery disconnection. still not working. tried washers they work but only driver side wiper works. will power on passenger side, only happen when told by driver side motor? the wiper are not on as easier to get to thing. Thanks again Focue and Davet70. What next . the wire to bmc or is it diagnostic??? Thanks

    You may need Forscan to re-calibrate/sync wiper motors (in BCM)
