Yea they dont tube em anymore. Either rim seal or tyre bead. whip one off put it in the bath 🤣 seriously. Look for bubbles.

Or the valves, kids round here like to step on them.

when you had the tyres reseated, did the fitters check to see if your wheels were damaged, either for being no longer round (which does seem to happen quite often with that age of Fords 16 and 17 wheel, apparently - easily bent on potholes) or look for corrosion on the rim edges, inner or outer, due to those crazy knock-on wheel-weights (rather than the better stick-on weights)?

Either of these could cause air-loss.

If you've hit a pothole badly, rims can crack as well.

If you are keeping the car, I would check the above and get the wheels properly refurbished if any/all are the cause.  It's not cheap, but money well spent.

Or - how old are the tyres?  Are they cracking?  I bought a car a while back with decent Pirellis on it, but one lost air through sidewall cracks.

Make sure they tightened the valve stem properly, I had mine slowly go down because the tyre shop hadn't tightened the valve stem and so acted like I had a slow puncture
