O1 Fiesta Zetec. Someone hit passenger side mirror cover . I have most of it can i superglue it back and fill the small hole that will be left. Would the black bumper filler do it?

Anyone know what kind of plastic it is. some glues won't stick to some plastics. I marked the break in red in the photo.
