Lighter replacement for an USB charging?

Hi everyone.

Hi have a Fiesta 2009 and i want to know if someone already replace the lighter cigarette for a usb charge  something like the photo attached?

and if is some plug and play or any other idea?

    Just get a usb charger lighter socket plug, what it suggesting is stupid on so many levels

    If you do get a plug in one it is best only to plug it in when you need it, especially if the socket is live all the time, the cheap ones have a habit of burning out even if nothing is connected.
