Just been down to my local dealer to view a facelifted Fiesta in the showroom, only one they have had and it’s sold to relative of one of the salesmen.

Talking to sales manager and he says Ford have so many orders for Fiesta already that from this Thursday the order book will close and they will not accept any more orders until September which will then be 2023 models for December/January delivery. He won’t even have a price list until August/September for 2023 models. Presumably if chip supply is better then some of the spec. missing now may be restored.

He said all the Fiesta demonstrators that they had on order have all been converted to customer orders so there won’t be any of those around.

I think you could change the title to all new cars.

Let's hope Ford get there act together for the 2023 model and start to include the powerfold mirrors and god forbid a HUD screen as an option.

Dealer I got my car from finally had new cars in the showroom this week after months of having used cars in there and they are for display only.

Its taking them about 6 months from order to delivery on new cars currently so long they've stopped giving prices on trade ins until the car is ready to swap.
