Turbo damage after 30.000km

Please help me to verify that if Turbo Charger on Focus ecoboost 2017 could be damaged due to worned out after 30.000km? Technician guys of Ford Gara confirmed that it have leaked oil and mixed with fuel to fire then caused white smoke going out from exhaust pipe, that also be the reason to wasted alot lubricate oil inside engine. They suggest that I have to change the new Turbo charger but it really expensive in Vietnam and I still not believe it was damaged as I just used it only 30.000km. Thanks you
