Service engine now light

Featured Replies

Hello,

I recently purchased a Transit Courier Sport 2017 which is in immaculate condition.  It’s had an issue shortly after collecting the van from Lookers where the service engine now warning comes on the display and the van goes into limp mode.

This usually happens shortly after starting however sometimes it may be 20 minutes of driving before it comes on. When this happens after running a while, the traction control warning light also comes on and has even had the brake warning come on.

The van is still under warranty, does anyone know if this is something I can correct myself or will the van have to go back.

Without knowing the fault code it could be literally anything.

You need to read the codes and come back if you want anybody to offer some meaningful advice.
