Hi all, I'm looking at maybe getting a Black or Red Edition Focus with the 2.0 Diesel engine. Firstly, I was hoping if you could tell me if these engines are reliable and secondly, what are the alloys on this one below?  FOr some reason it's not got the usual black ones but a different set instead!

    Hard to tell in black but I think those are the optional 18" 5 spokes, generally found on Titanium X models.

    Also, the car in your link is due a recall for the Desulphurisation update.  It's a free PCM update but can only be done at a Ford dealer.  So if you do buy it, get that done before handover.

    Yeah thanks I spotted that on Etis too. Car's been for sale for a while at Bristol Street Ford and the update hasn't been done so that says a lot about the dealer!!

    They won't waste their time doing it until it goes for sales prep just before handover.  But even then they may not bother without being asked.
