I've got a 12 reg pre-facelift fiesta titanium with the DAB sony head unit. It's got Bluetooth and voice control and has the screen seen below.

I'm thinking of retrofitting a reversing camera into the centre screen. However I can't do that with the current screen. Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the head unit screen I have right now with the sync1 screen out of the facelifted mk7?

    Sync was never supported on the pre-facelift. Afaik I've never seen anybody that has been able to retrofit it fully.

    Your better off just replacing the head unit with an aftermarket double din
