Morning all, got a 20 plate custom bought in Oct 20 from a van dealer
Heard about this app and set it all up but not it doesnt update properly or show the correct location, fuel etc..
Does it run out or is there a subscription after 1 year??

    Hi Chaz, there are two apps available. "FordPass" and "FordPassPro" they are similar to each other but do offer slightly different info/features. You can have both on your phone at the same time without a problem.

    Both are free and last for ever !! no need to pay subscriptions or anything like that.

    Both apps are known to freeze up from time to time and can be a pain to get working again. The best solution I've found is to uninstall the app from your phone completely. Then do a full reset of the Sync3 system in the vehicle. Then reinstall the app on your phone, you will have to re-initialise your phone with Sync3. Then after that, things normally start to work after an hour.

    Why these problems happen I've no idea but it's quite common.
