Hazard Warning Lights Fuse Location

Featured Replies

Hi

The hazards in my 09 Fiesta 1.25 are not working

I've looked at the online manual but can't see where (or if) they are on a separate fuse to the indicators (which are working fine 😊)

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks in advance

Louise

There is no fuse for the hazard lights.

The indicators and hazard lights are controlled by the GEM/BCM which is part of the passenger side fuse box.

I would suspect that you have a broken hazard light switch or that there is a fault in the GEM.

Replace the switch first as it is easier.

Thank you. That would explain why I can't find it!

Is it an easy in/out replacement or is it something I should get my garage to do?

It can be a little difficult to get the switch.

Think the switch is part of the radio facia ?

I would check the pins/connectors  for corrosion at the fusebox/gem/bcm.
