Hi all wondering if you can help I recently sold my van to my parents and they called me tonight to say 2nd gear is hard to engage when downshifting it was fine when I drove it over to them but apparently it keeps grinding into 2nd when downshifting when working up through the gears it fine 

 

any ideas?
