Mk6.5 Hesitation On Cold Start

Hi guys, when I first start my 1.25 Zetec Mk6.5 after it's been stood overnight, there's almost like a glitch/hesitation at the exact moment the dash display goes blank (which I understand is normal). Every start after for the rest of the day is perfectly fine. Any ideas please?
