Featured Replies

Car starts first turn but ticks over lumpy on my 1.4 tdci fusion yesterday it broke down and car wouldn't rev over 2000rpm after 10 mins or so it revved again and we drove home then today started as always still lumpy as usual went to drive and went into a li.p mode again sat for 5 mins revs came bck drove away but car seemed to misfire then take off but can still get full revs just seems first thing

I think you need to see if any codes are logged on your car with a code reader

Maf sensor in my opinion but need obd scan codes to confirm, i think you can let the car idle and remove connector from maf sensor, if it makes no difference then maf sensor could be at fault.

That was in my case but you really need to run diagnostics.

Hmm ? just read you description again....
