2012 ford transit second back door won't open

Hi can anyone help me please 

The second back door won't open, the first one open on the central locking but when you use the handle for the other one nothing happens at all, shut solid, can't look at it without the door open thanks Ian

    You'll need to remove the lower panel from the inside of that door that will not open. From there you should see if the latch has locked or the cable pull has detached from the latch.
