Squeaks

Featured Replies

I am hoping some of you much more knowledgeable people may be able to help me.

I have recently bought a 2009 Mondeo Titanium X 2.2 and am generally pleased with it however I have noticed lots of squeaks as I go round relatively slow corners. I'm never sure if its coming from the seats or the floor but it does seem to be based in the rear.

It is annoying the life out of me and ruining an otherwise enjoyable experience. Are there known issues with this model and if so does anyone have an idea where I should be looking and how I fix it.

Also I am considering Chipping the car as it seems most suppliers suggest a realisable 215-220bhp without alteration. Is this wise or should I wait until my warranty is up?

Grateful for any thoughts,

Thank you

GGM
