Ford focus LX 1.6petrol mk1 1998-2004(2004) passenger window won't go down

Hello , I hope that someone can help or give me an advice that can point me in the right direction what should I do.

 

I have problem with the front passenger side window , it won't go down . I've bought and replace the window regulator with the motor and then I realised that it's not that, as I saw the new regulator only went up but couldn't go down neither from the passenger or driver switch sides. I've checked the fuses what it's says in the guide book are for the windows but that wasn't it too. 

 

Any advice how should I proceed?thanks

Next step is to look for damaged wires, especially in the loom between the door & the car.  If you're very lucky, another member had a similar issue recently, that turned out just to be a loose plug on the end of that loom.
