Track stuck on display. Removed usb stick, disconnect the battery, reconnected after 30 minutes without replacing stick, but track still displays. How do I solve this problem please anyone?

try reformatting the stick as Fat 32 as a first action.

Am I the only one reading that correctly?  The stick is out lol, it's a problem with the car rather than the stick.

The fix will be a hard reset of the system.  But that will depend on which infotainment system it is.  Bio says 2010 so is it an early Mk3 Focus?  Pre-Sync?

Not sure to be honest. Handbook lists all models. Don't know what pre-sync is either.

Audio player is Sony CD DAB, that's all I can tell you.

Sync is the 'new' audio system that combines Bluetooth, nav etc.  2010 won't have Sync.  But could be Mk2 or Mk3 Focus...  Google image it and tell us which model yours is.

Thank you to all who tried to help. I've solved the problem. I deleted said track from USB before retrying to see if that was it as I had that problem before, but didn't realize that there was an identical track in another folder. Deleted all, problem gone. Thanks again fellas!
