Ford focus cc 2009 2.0 CDTi engine malfunction. Won't start or turn over

Hi, hopefully someone has some ideas.

Ford focus has CAN Bus Comms error. We had alternator failure. The rac advised us to replace it. Which we did, and the battery. It drove great but then engine malfunction appeared and won't start or turn over. Have had a few mobile mechanics look and this and no joy. Code readers won't talk to the PCM. Cluster has been sent off and refurbed. Have checked earth's and also fuses and relays. PCM has been out and sits not getting any power. 

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
